1. Is Quinta de Cabanas booked exclusively, or by room?
Our primary offering is exclusive use of the entire estate. You’ll have full privacy across all indoor and outdoor spaces, ideal for families, friends, retreats and private events. Suite-by-suite stays are available only on selected dates.
2. How many guests can the estate host?
The estate features 10 modern suites and accommodates up to 30 guests in total. For comfort, we can recommend an ideal guest count depending on your group type (family, retreat, celebration).
3. What’s included with an exclusive-use booking?
Exclusive use includes daily housekeeping, on-call concierge support, and access to the estate’s key facilities, including the indoor spa area. Chef-at-villa dining and breakfast can be arranged as add-ons, tailored to your group.
4. Can we host events (weddings, celebrations, corporate offsites)?
Yes. Events are welcome under exclusive use, subject to prior approval and house guidelines.
We’ll confirm guest numbers, setup needs, catering, and any music/time restrictions to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
5. How does check-in and check-out work?
We offer contactless check-in via smart lock. You’ll receive your access details before arrival.
Standard check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Early/late options may be available upon request.”
