1. What does an exclusive-use booking actually include?

The estate, all ten bedrooms and suites, every common area, the heated indoor pool, sauna, hammam, padel court, gym, and bar is entirely yours for the full duration of your stay. No other groups, no shared spaces. Additional services such as the Chef at the Estate, private transfers, housekeeping, and spa treatments are available on request and quoted separately. We will send you a full breakdown when you get in touch.

2. How many guests can the estate host?

The estate has ten suites and accommodates up to 32 guests. Nine of the ten suites offer the choice between a double bed or two singles, just let us know your group’s configuration at the time of booking. Cots and high chairs are available on request at no extra charge.

3. Can we host events — weddings, celebrations, or corporate retreats?

Yes. The estate is regularly booked for private celebrations, milestone birthdays, family reunions, weddings, and corporate offsites. All events take place within an exclusively booked estate, no outside guests sharing the space. For events requiring external suppliers, all access is coordinated and approved by the team in advance. Contact us for a tailored proposal.

4. Is the estate open year-round?

Yes. The estate operates every month of the year. The heated indoor pool is available regardless of the season. The outdoor saltwater pool is open year-round. During the summer, it is also heated for added comfort. For groups travelling in autumn or winter, the indoor facilities, pool, sauna, hammam, and gym are fully operational and have no seasonal restrictions.

5. How does arrival work for a large group?

Check-in is from 4pm. The team coordinates arrival directly with the organiser in the days before your stay, including transfer logistics if needed. The final approach to the estate runs along a municipal road. GPS is reliable, and we send full directions in advance. For groups arriving from Porto Airport, private transfers for any group size can be arranged through us.
