1. Does the villa have enough room for my group?
The estate can accommodate 20 guests as standard, spread across 10 spacious and bright suites. If your group is larger, up to 12 extra beds can be added (€45 per night per person), allowing us to accommodate up to 32 guests in comfort and privacy.
2. Is the property suitable for families with young children?
Yes. The outdoor areas are spacious and safe, perfect for children to explore freely. The saltwater swimming pool, the playground and the gardens create a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere for families.
3. Are the indoor pool and spa always open?
Yes. The heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room and chromotherapy shower are available 24 hours a day, so that every guest can enjoy them at their own pace.
4. Is the kitchen equipped to cater for large groups?
Yes. The kitchen is modern, spacious and equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, making it ideal for family meals, groups or private chef services.
5. Is the property truly exclusive during our stay?
Yes. The estate is always rented on an exclusive basis, ensuring complete privacy and the freedom to enjoy your stay at your own pace.
6. Is the house comfortable all year round?
Yes. All suites and communal areas are equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring complete comfort all year round.
7. Is there enough parking for our group?
Yes. The estate has private parking for over 40 cars, including charging points for electric vehicles.
House Rules
1. What are the general house rules?
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets are not allowed. Guests are expected to use the premises responsibly.
2. How do the noise curfews work?
Quiet hours after 11 pm. Special noise permit (€40) to extend until 2 am.
3. Is the property exclusively for our use during our stay?
Yes.
4. How does the room configuration work?
9 configurable rooms (double or twin). Please specify at the time of booking.
5. What is the total capacity and how do the extra beds work?
20 standard guests + up to 12 extra beds. Cots and high chairs are provided free of charge.
6. Can we have external guests?
Yes: €15 per person per day (minimum €500). Visitors and service providers must be authorised.
7. How does the daily maintenance work?
Rubbish collection and checking the pool water every morning.
